I’m so glad they’re over! Anyone else feel like it’s sort of like an assembly line? One rushes in, and they just keep coming one after the other. I feel overwhelmed by it and enjoy spreading it out so much more. I think I had at least 15 in a row. By the end of the night, my throat was raw, and I was just bleary and not even sure really how effective I could be at communicating by the end of the night!
I spread them out throughout the whole week just for the reason you mentioned. My throat ends up hurting. I always do two before school starts every morning and then stay until 5:30 each night. I am able to get them all in that way and don’t have to do more than 5 or 6 in a row!

Kudos on making it through.

It is tough how you have to push through. As a parent, I did love picking up my kids report card that way.

We had 15 minutes to talk to parents – not long enough for the students we needed to talk to parents and too long when the students were capable. Glad you survived – hope your throat is better.
